Walked in on a Saturday for a pedicure and was treated so well and sat down immediately. The staff was friendly, the environment was very relaxing and clean. Vicky did my pedicure and she was SO good, worked quickly and gave a nice massage. Her paint job was perfect as well. Just moved to the area and I’m happy to have found a good place so soon. My young daughter got her nails and toes painted and they were so sweet to her. The polish chipped after only a few hours though so that’s a bummer. We will probably go back in for them to fix that. But I will definitely be back for my nails!

Glad that I tried this nail salon. This is my 3rd visit. Not only is it conveniently close to me, but the services have been amazing. They took me in last time on a last minute polish patch which ended up saving my life during an important milestone in my life. Always loved the outcome! 8/10 update: I'm updating my review because after a day or two of getting the $75 pedicure treatment, my feet started to sting - only to realize that my feet were scrubbed hard enough to the point that it formed marks. During the time of the pedicure, it didn't hurt or anything so I wouldn't have known.

It had been 2 months too long that i had neglected myself in terms of self-care. So I decided to finally get a mani / pedi from a local salon called Art Nails & Spa. Art Nails & Spa is a local nail salon that offers manicures , pedicures and waxing. They are located in the Plaza Del Oro Shopping Center that is just south of the 76 Hwy, off of Frazee Rd. Also in this plaza is a 24 HR Fitness & a CVS. Although Art Nails & Spa does accept Walk-ins, for the best service and the least waiting time, it is highly recommended that you Call-in and make a scheduled appointment. There are times when they only have 1 or 2 clients and times when it is entirely packed. Another nice feature that they have is a rewards program. Simply check-in at the counter with your phone number and they log your visit with points. Earn points and over time, you can get Free services. Their interior is organized and clean. I love that they have tvs playing satisfying "foodie channels" playing soothing music for entertainment. But just like any salon, the customer service is friendly, inviting, caring & warm. Make your appointment, have a seat, select a service plan, enjoy a beverage (cocktails & coffee available) and be treated to a delightful time, by staff that caters to your needs. I chose a service that included a foot soak, leg massage, massage chair rubdown, sugar scrub, collagen foot mask, filing, trimming, adjusting, painting and of course, adding gel. This package also included a citrus rub, sea salt exfoliation, hot stones rub and a drink of my choice of an alcohol beverage. I've never been disappointed here and the level of care surpasses that of other salons I have been to and what I most appreciate is the communication they have with their clients. They are always double-checking to make sure they give you exactly what you want and more importantly, they are gentle in the process and never forceful. I highly recommend Art Nails & Spa for your self-grooming needs.

I came in as a walk in client, I saw good reviews so my expectations were pretty high and I haven’t really experienced a bad nail salon before but this was definitely the worst place I have ever been to. I was warmly greeted by a woman and she was very polite. I think she was the manager and she spoke English fluently. Some background - I am Vietnamese so I can understand everything that is being said, I don’t speak it just so I can know what they are saying. I was directed to the back of the room to greet Tam. I wanted gel nails and I chose a neutral/sparkly color (I didn’t think that they had a big collection of colors because only two booklets were handed to me, pretty limited on choices if you ask me. Other nail salons I have been to would have everything displayed so I can easily look at different colors and the types of effects). I overheard another woman say that she wanted cat eye nails - I didn’t know that they had it. After she finished up shaping and applying the gel builder, I wanted to change my mind and asked if they had a Cat eye style/polish instead. She gave a pretty rude response loosely translated from Vietnamese to English she said “you already chose this color, don’t do the Cat eye” - in my opinion I was pretty annoyed at her response. My nails were polish free so it wouldn’t have taken much time to show me their collection. So I just stuck with the polish I chose. After she said that, I honestly just wanted to get up to pay and leave but I kept quiet until she finished. After she told me to wash my hands, I didn’t check my nails as I was in such a rush to get out of there. As I went up to the counter to pay, my boyfriend noticed that there were some spots on different nails were the application of the nail polish was uneven/sloppy. The same woman that checked me in asked if everything was ok, I genuinely didn’t want to say anything because I wanted to leave since I was already aggravated/annoyed with the service but my boyfriend informed her about what he saw. She took a look at my nails and asked me to go back to get them re done. Tam begrudgingly buffed my hands and said in Vietnamese “this is how the nail polish is, it would take 3 coats for it to be opaque.” Then was asking the manager in front of me “why did she tell you and didn’t say anything to me?” - I admit that I could’ve said something but I didn’t want to stay another minute here ( honestly I would’ve went back home to take off the color, and painted on another color myself ). But also, there is a bright beaming light on my nails, how could she not see all the flaws on my nails? At the end of the day, I did pay for the service but I will not recommend anyone to get their nails done by someone inexperienced and isn’t willing to do a good job. The manager was still very kind to me but I won’t be stepping foot in there ever again.

Tracy gave me the best hard gel french manicure! She was very kind and gentle, she took her time! This salon is so beautiful and clean. Very relaxing environment and the scent is divine!
