2025-08-31I had an amazing first experience at this nail salon! I got Gel X for the first time with nail art by Hailey and I AM OBSESSED! The lashes are so sweet there and they just opened so go show them some love! Def going back soon!

2025-09-02The ladies here are friendly, but I did not have a good experience, as my nails were not cured fully. This was discovered the next day, and multiple nails had wet polish underneath the surface. The entire polish had to be removed because of this. The salon did not offer a refund for this, the only option was to redo the nails, but since I live in San Jose, this was not convenient for me. They were unable to offer any accommodations and hung up the phone on me. I was disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism here. Overall, not accommodating and understanding service.

2025-07-11I get gel X and have gone twice here now. Every time ladies are very sweet, take their time to make sure work is perfect, and are helpful. The salon is clean and cozy. Will be my permanent spot.

I showed her a photo of a style I wanted and she executed just as I wanted!:) I chose “Cat Eye” style/design for the shiny glow—please watch the attached video!✨ I must say that this is by far best I’ve ever experienced in North America. She gave some gentle pre and post foot/leg massages using some cosmetic products which felt like a premium care. Also her attention to detail and final trimming was very professional and heartfelt!💓 All the staff was very nice and friendly. Also it was such a great value for price! Highly recommend!
