Me and my sister came to get our nails done for a party… and LET ME TELL YOU… MY nails aren’t that bad (the ones in the picture). For their price it isn’t worth it. The frenchies are wonky, some of the flowers are uneven, and it just looks SO bumpy. If they can’t do the nails, then JUST SAY THAT.. better yet don’t open a salon. For my sister’s nails, it’s a whole thing. She didn’t feel comfortable putting her nails here, because they were THAT bad. ALL the colors were wrong. Her French tips were so messed up, the nail polish looks streaked, the gems were wayy too big and not placed correctly, her nails were VERY bumpy, mind you hers were $80… If you want nice nails I don’t recommend going, if you want a quick service, then sure.

Gel mani/pedi customer for 3 years. I’ve never been disappointed. Always great customer service and work. And I tend to stretch my visits for a month or more and my gel always holds up.

I am sharing my experience with this nail salon as a long-time customer who has been visiting on and off for the past decade. Recently, after getting my nails done, I noticed a dark spot under one of my nails which turned out to be a fungal infection. Upon further inspection, I discovered that another nail was also infected. I reached out to one of the owners, Shana, and shared pictures of my nails. Her response lacked empathy and understanding, simply stating that it was fungus due to trapped water and asking what I wanted her to do about it. While I understand that she may not have personally done my nails, as the owner of the salon, I expected a more caring and professional response. Instead, she suggested waiting for the infected nails to grow out before coming in for a new set. This lack of concern and dismissive attitude left me feeling disappointed and unappreciated, especially considering that my entire family has been loyal customers. To put the cherry on top it’s my birthday weekend as I even told her and still no professional courtesy.

I love this place it is worth the wait!!! My pedicures always come out cute and perfect! And my nails by Shana come out beautiful!
