Truly thankful for all of the amazing ladies here. The atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone in the atmosphere is always working but will always seem to make you laugh! 2025-10-04Went here to get a haircut, but did not receive that haircut or anything. I sat and waited for 30 minutes when my appointment was at 1:30 in the afternoon and I showed up early. I got tired of waiting and left since how I had to be somewhere else at a different time. The whole time I was waiting there was alot if gossiping and so forth and pretty much I was forgotten about. Never felt so discriminated against and left. I won't ever come back this place, I will go somewhere else to get my haircut for now on.

2024-12-05I had been going to Karlee for years to get my hair done. Yesterday I went in and she absolutely butchered my cut. I asked for curtain bangs and the attached photo is what I got. She curled my hair without asking so that I obviously wouldn't see the mess she made until I got home and washed and straightened my hair. I paid $100 for a color and cut including the tip and when I confronted her about the state of my hair she offered to only refund $25, which to me is a joke since I had to go to a different salon today to get it fixed. Money hungry and unprofessional. I have also tried to get my nails done at this salon in the past, but once it got to 30 mins past my appointment time and I was still waiting, I ended up cancelling entirely. I will never ever go back to this place at this point.
