2024-11-10If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady at the front approached me well and did what she could. I got my nails done yesterday and got far from what I wanted. My nail was bleeding, I had acrylic under my nail, I had polish all over my fingers, and my chrome was scratched and unfinished. I was charged $100!!! and asked for a refund but my nail lady said she couldn’t give me a full refund and I still owed $55. The front desk lady did what she could nothing against her, but my nail lady refused to give me a full refund. Not to mention this took 3 hours and I asked for it to be fixed many of times.

2024-12-08It is a beautiful salon however, my first visit and last. Got full set of dip, if you like your fingers being abused and not cleaned up along with being cut into - sloppy. This is your place. Don’t go if you want dip and save yourself $45.
