UPDATE: Even if I told him that I didn’t like my nails straight up, why would it have mattered? He wouldn’t have wanted to fix them anyways! Also, if there was a system mistake and he knew he couldn’t fit me in, he should’ve told me in the beginning when I kept asking him was he able to do it, so I could know whether or not to find someone else. But, instead of being honest and giving me that choice, I was left in the dark thinking that my time slot was saved specifically for me. So, I spent my money on something I didn’t like because I didn’t have time to go get them fixed even if I wanted to because my time was taken up by these nails. I did not like my service at all. None of the styles I wanted could be done. I found myself having to accommodate for the nail artist Dat many times to make it “easier” on him. I don’t know if there was an issue with their website or what but, for starters, I booked for full set, full set toes, and design. But, I feel like Dat did not get the memo, because he rushed through my appointment and spent most of the time sighing and complaining. Mind you, I don’t go get my nails done often, I don’t even like extravagant nails, so I usually don’t ask for much, but I’ll let you decide from my photo. I only decided to do so, because I’m getting married TOMORROW. I’m so sad because I was super excited to get my nails done by him for the first time ever too, I came prepared to tip and everything. He also left a lot of residue around my nails and fingers. I didn’t even get my toes done because I was over it. Good things too because these nails were $99. It never specified that the design fee would be $5 for EACH nail. The lady upfront offered to clean up around my nails, but why would I want to stay any longer? Not to mention, I had no time. (My nails are the ones with the blue markings.) I wish I could get my money back. P.S. To Dat who asked me why didn’t I come to my originally scheduled appointment because he was waiting around for me, I called to cancel that days ago, ask your front desk person. (Proof in photos) Update: I left the salon around one. It’s currently 4:33p, and one of the jewels already broke off.

Hannah did my nails and she did an amazing job! I forgot the techs name who did my toes but he was awesome as well! I wanted something between both the second and third photo and I’m super happy with what was done.

Definitely book the look. I love my nails!! Hanna always does an amazing job with my them. Definitely a Frenchie girlie for life. I booked short French tips nails with Cateye polish on the tip and I’m absolutely loving them💕🤭

What I asked for is WHAT I GOT! Kim took gentle care of me today and earned a new client! she exceeded my expectations on the nail inspo I wanted. She was extremely friendly and accommodating. The shop itself was extremely calm, clean, and kind which is very comforting for someone who gets overstimulated easily. Highly recommend, especially if you’re nervous about trying new things. They’ll take great care of you.💅

The salon is super clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The staff are so kind and professional, they really take their time and make sure you’re happy with your nails. I really recommend Hannah! 💖😁 She does the best nail every time I come in!
