2025-12-19Always a great place, they take walk-ins but also book appointments online. I've been here several times, they are well staffed & I usually am a walk-in. If there is a wait it's usually pretty short or they can give you a time to come back. I don't have a preferred nail tech, I haven't had any issue with anyone who does them. I have gotten Amy quite a few times, wonderful. Good customer service from each person & they are always kind. It's a spacious salon, clean & well maintained. I frequently see techs cleaning their equipment & disposing of items after each client, this is a huge green flag & reassuring to me! Many colors to choose regardless of gel, acrylic, dip, or whatever. TVs to keep you entertained, music, complementary drinks, & good conversation. My go to spot for sure!

2025-12-11I went today after finding them online. They advertised a 20% special for new customers. I go to pay and the lady seems confused. I show her my phone and she took it to another lady who came up and messed with the computer. How is this $85? They overcharged me to compensate for the coupon. I like my nails but thy were not worth $85. I’ll never come back, shady and greedy way to do business.

They made sure I loved my nails and if there was something I wanted fixed— they fixed it with a smile on their faces! Customer service was great! I will definitely be back for a fill in!
