Aurora Nails Bar

They helped me out so much. I had a set done from another nail salon and it was very badly done. I walked into Aurora and asked them if they could help me. My nails were thin and badly damaged from the other salon. Aurora quoted me a price and told me what they would do before they did anything. Kevin was my nail tech and he was amazing. He helped me pick out exactly what I wanted and he was very carful with my damage nails. He was friendly and worked very hard on my nails. The pictures I took don't do the art justice, I love my nails and very happy with how much care they put into their customers. I will say that is was expensive, but my nails were damaged so there were some extra steps, plus I got Gel X, because how weak my nails were. It was worth it for me though and they have their prices clear as day on their web site and when your in the salon so there is no guessing. This is definitely my new salon! UPDATE 12/6/2025 ;) I went to go see Kevin again with a difficult project lol. I was not sure if he would do it, but he jumped right in and did an amazing job! I had to share how wonderful these turned out. I got Howl's Moving Castle themed nails just FYI. They took the picture at the salon because it turned out so cool. Kevin worked hard on this set and I love it so much!

This is my 3rd time here and second time with KEVIN!!! I was recommended here originally my my lash tech walked in and Kevin did my Halloween nails, lasted a whole month!! Did such a great job, great conversationalist and I had to come back. Second time he was busy, still had great service & loved my set. I made sure to make an appointment for Christmas nails with Kevin and I absolutely adore them!!! Have already received so many compliments, definitely found my go to nail tech!! Thank you Kevin! 💅

First timer, I enjoyed the beautiful relaxing atmosphere! Front desk was very nice and got me in fast. Bryon, on the nails I love how he shaped and designed my nails actually how I wanted them. Hannah, did a great job on my pedicure. She also has my feet and legs feeling good from her massage. Definitely recommend! Will most definitely return myself.

After visiting Aurora today I was very disappointed. I came in to try a new salon considering my regular tech wasn’t able to get me in. At first when we walked in the lady at the front told us it was a 15 minute wait so we sat down and waited while we soaked our old sets off. Once she soaked off my old set she then cut my nails with scissors, not clippers and cracked my thumb nail before she began the dip set. She did not cut cuticles, push my cuticles back at all nor did she clean under my nails, etc. As a service provider myself I would never do any work on a dirty canvas. So I asked if I was supposed to ask for a manicure on top of the dip set which was $45 plus $8 for French tip & 2 extensions $10 additional. She said it came with a standard manicure so again I let it go and don’t say anything. Once she finished my set she then cut my cuticles and rubbed lotion on my hands and said we were done. She left and I had to ask another nail tech to clean underneath my nails. On top of everything my nails are perfect on my left hand but clearly uneven on my right hand. Once I go to pay they tried to charge me $75, not sure where the other $12 came from but they offered a $10 discount & informed me it was the OWNER who did my set and that “she normally doesn’t do nails” yikes. I still paid basically full price & tipped hoping she was just having a bad day. *update* 4 days later I already have a cracked nail.
