2025-03-12I have been going here for a few months now and I have ALWAYS been happy with how my trips go and how my nails turn out. Today was exceedingly different. I got to my car and cried! My nails are NOT straight, the polish is messed up on more than one nail, and the design is nothing like what I asked for. For reference I usually get coffin tip, they are bordering on square, not only that but u have bulges of wet paint under the top coat. My pedicure was fine, I got basic color like usual. Paid $100 in total. The daisies are what I wanted, I got Hawaiian flowers instead…

2025-03-14I will NEVER be going back to this establishment!! I am so furious. I was told to call the store number to speak to the manager to see if I could get my nails fixed from the last time I got them done a few days ago. It was 2 days of me calling and they said to call back as the manager was not in, day 3, I was told the manager was in and waited on the line for over 10 minutes while I listened to them talk and laugh. I called back today and asked for the manager, I was told he was in and I could speak to him, and was promptly hung up on. My best friend called the number and also asked to speak to the manager, did the same thing I did and asked if he was and if she could speak to him, was told yes and then hung up on. She called back once more and was hung up on, and the third time she called back she was able to explain WHY we needed the manger and then we were told that he was on vacation. This is SO unprofessional!! I have messed up nails where the paint is chipped not even 3 days after getting them done because they were not cured properly. I will be finding another nail salon to go to.
