They were very busy, mostly with pedicures. There were only two manicurists available. We were given an ETA of 40-50mins, which we were in no hurry. The hubs enjoyed his pedicure while I got my nails done. If you can, be sure to schedule with Jenny. She’s awesome.

I went with my mom and sister in law because they wanted to get pedicures. I don't like to get pedicures, so I decided to get my nails painted with a basic polish they have displayed. I type and work with inks so I can't do acrylic or gel nails, whatever they are called these days. They didn't want me to pick out a color from the wall, he pushed a color card in my face and said "you choose here." The man was very upset that I didn't want Gel but I said it wasn't worth it as I would have to take it off when I got back home in 2 days for work. I picked a polish color I absolutely love, and they still tried to talk me into Powder or gel or something dipped. They got rude with me and did a very rushed job, talking back and forth in their other language, which I feel is very rude and condescending, because you almost know they are talking about you by their hand motions and facial expressions. The girl then filed my nails crooked very fast, cutting the side of my finger with the filing board that was made for very thick fake nails not human nails, not really paying attention to my hands, and then using some solvent that burned my fingers. My hands were all red from the solvent. They never told me they have a sink I could wash it off in until I complained very loudly to make them stop and listen to me. The polish job looked like my 5 year old granddaughter did it, and they didn't even put a top coat on it. When I complained they finally did a top coat, mostly because I smeared 2 nails before I even stood up. I think I would have walked out if my mom and sister were not getting pedicures. So moral... if you aren't spending lots of money, they treat you poorly. After I got home my nails started to split and are still splitting 6 weeks later, hopefully they will grow out soon and I vow to never get my nails painted again in a salon. Would not recommend this salon unless you are a regular customer and you are not from out of town. I watched them treating customers, those who they new got preferential treatment, and walk-ins got told to "come back one hour - all full".

I came into this establishment Sat night with my daughter and husband, upon talking to the woman behind the desk I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was the smaller gel almond shaped nail except the color be all black with the one green nail. My daughter was excited and said she wanted the same but red. While we are talking about it, the woman was talking fast and asking us questions, it's been almost 15 years since I had my nails done, my husband wanted to treat our daughter and I so I went in thinking to just ask for acrylic nails I didn't know they had more options and def didn't know the gel options however I DID show her the picture and said that's what I wanted which was the gel... What I got and what I wanted we're not the same. While asking the questions the guy sitting next to her was so intense and just visibly irritated by his job? That were there? Not sure but he was scowling and pacing the entire time we were there. My daughters nails came out like the picture I provided mine came out very bulky and large, not almond shaped and thick. The nail bed and cuticles weren't cut she cut my real nails jagged and short and didn't clean the side so it looks weird. I spend the next day trying to like them but because I type a lot for my job didn't realize I basically disabled myself for work. So I called this morning to see if I can get them corrected and even offer to pay for half of it but because I provided the pic and due to a language barrier and her talking so fast I didn't understand what she was asking I didn't realize what she told the lady that was doing my nails and by then it was to late. When I saw my daughter nails it was how I wanted mine. I don't know why she didn't do it like that when I asked for that nail type with a different color. This lady argued with me, interrupted me several times with "hey, hey, hey" and kept going on about the color despite the fact that I kept telling her ITS NOT THE COLOR it's the nail! So instead of trying to rectify anything and blaming me for not knowing the type of nail I should specifically ask for it was my fault EVEN THOUGH a pic was provided. She then said she couldn't do that to my nails because they weren't.. long enough even though the lady had to clip my nails before applying these nightmares on my hands.. if you can't do something it would be great to inform the customer right? I went there because of the 5 star review but after reading a lot of them I realized they will force people to make 5 star reviews so seems shady.. I waited until Monday to talk with them before doing anything. Her best advice was wait a couple weeks and come back and they will "do it like I want" I am so incredibly disappointed with the service, quality, and lack of professionalism. I reiterated so many times it's not the color, and she came up with everything except on how we can resolve it. I will never be back.

I came in on a Sunday as a walk in. Jenny did a beautiful job on my nails, only place I want to go to now! Very friendly and wonderful service! Not to mention incredibly affordable pricing!
