2025-07-07My bonus daughter went to luxury nails. The technician began cutting her nails. She asked her to stop because they were too short. The manicurist told her it would look better with color. She completed the manicure to the dissatisfaction of my kiddo. When she asked her to redo them and actually offered to pay, the technician was rude and said she couldn’t do anything else. The other technicians were in the spa playing cards. No other customers at the time. We will NEVER use luxury nails again. And I suggest you don’t either. Anyone who would be unkind to a kid because they seemingly want to play cards instead of providing the service they are paid to do is not worth one penny. Oh, and by the way, they charged her $35 for the removal of the nails she didn’t like. She came home with no nails and thirty-five to them. NEVER.AGAIN! She gave them a $50 gift certificate, and they took $35. Not $25. There are too many other providers in Jonesboro, such as Moon Spa, to even consider any of these excuses.
