Nail Times

I went for a pedicure, nail replaced & fill. Had idea of a couple of nail designs I wanted--each nail different with a specific design on my middle & ring fingers. Because of the lateness I decided to change that until next time. Yes next time. The pedicure was relaxing. No color this time--my toes aren't seen during the winter months. My nails turned out awesome.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in Thursday July 31st. I just moved and decided to try a new place closer to me, so I came here. I’m not sure what she did but I felt instant pain after she finished this toe. I left the next day on trip to Texas and noticed by the time I had got to Texas my toe was in horrible pain, pus oozing out, red, hot, bloody, swollen. I then noticed she used a dirty towel from the previous person when she did my nails. I would avoid this place. Now the pain and swelling is spreading to the top of my foot so guess who has to miss work tomorrow to get to a doctor. The least they could do is give me a refund or maybe I should lawyer up.

Its was excellent I stepped out of the box and I got a pedicure and that is big for me. I have diabetes and have to be careful with my feet. The care and the service that I receive today was over 1000%. They are my number one favorite nail shop to go

When I entered, I was told to sign in on a tablet that wasn't working. There was a male technician that instructed a female technician to fix it, even though she was busy with another customer. I told him that I wanted a deluxe pedicure, but he only gave me basic. He sat me at a broken chair. I told him I wanted him to make sure he removes all the calluses off my feet. He was focusing on areas that didn't have any calluses and it hurt. There was still some callus left on my heels, but with how things are going I didn't think they'd care. When I told him I wanted black, he asked if that was it. I am not sure if I was supposed to want more. When it came time to pay, he instructed the female to accept my payment. Again, she was with a customer. I wasn't sure why he couldn't since he was playing on his phone while sitting in one of the spa chairs. The paint job wasn't that good, but I guess when you're given basic they don't really care. The next morning I had noticed it was painful to stand and walk. Since he didn't remove all the calluses from my heels, I now have a cracked heel. If you're looking for a good pedicure with callus removal, look elsewhere. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

I’ve gone to Nail Times for a full set and then a fill. I will keep coming back as they are always accommodating when I come in on Sundays. My nails never lift and their gel polish lasts until my next fill without appearing dull. They are by far the fastest place I’ve been to in a while as my full set took a little over an hour and my fill was about 45 min. I do wish they would wash their hands before they start on each client and have us do the same. There is usually 2 or 3 people on staff so it is best to plan accordingly or call ahead for an appointment.
