Tip Top Nails #1

I got an acrylic overlay on my nails. The people were sweet, but she completely screwed up my nails. They are lumpy and uneven. She let me walk out the door with a bunch of crap still on my hands and I’m just not happy with it at all. I will never be going back there again and my birthday is in two days so I wanted to be cute now. I gotta walk around with this crap on my hands. It’s like she really wasn’t even focused. I’m doing my nails. It’s the lady that’s usually at station one right there at the door she cut my cuticles and she nicked me twice.

Fantastic experience! I went on a Monday and was seen immediately, showed a reference picture and my nails look perfect. Jimes did my nails, I hope I am spelling his name right, and he was very attentive and made sure I was happy with my nails. An older couple who both used wheelchairs came in while I was getting my nails done and the staff was very accommodating, kind and helpful. Price was $80 exactly as I was expecting and very reasonable. Thank you for making my vampire nail dreams come true!

My mom and I have always loved getting our nails done, but we will not be returning to Tip Top Nails. We came in and asked for a pedicure. Once we were in the chairs, we were given a menu with the available options. Both my mom and I chose a $40 pedicure. As soon as we made our selection, we could visibly see the irritation on the staff’s faces because we didn’t choose the most expensive package. The entire pedicure lasted a maximum of 30 minutes. While we were there, another customer was already in the chair when we arrived and was still receiving her pedicure when we left. Additionally, both my mom and I noticed that our polish was already smudged before we even walked out of the salon — but that wasn’t even the worst part. Since getting our pedicures, both of our feet have become very calloused, and the skin has started peeling, leaving our feet in worse condition than before. Overall, I was not pleased with the service and will not be returning to Tip Top Nails.

I had the worst experience recently while getting my nails and toes done for my engagement pictures, I will NEVER be coming back. The pictures attached are immediately after I left the salon after my appointment. I’ve never had an issue with gel falling off, but this polish immediately chipped and started falling off my toes. I saw amazing reviews about Haley, so I chose her name for my appointment. Half my toes weren’t fully painted with the base color, and almost every french tip was insanely crooked. I tried to tell her 4 times that they were crooked, but she kept doing a half - *ss job “fixing” them so I just gave up. Acrylic set on my hands are a different story. Haley didn’t do these, but the french tips aren’t crisp at all and have a ton of imperfections. don’t waste your money here like I did.

I absolutely love my nails. Joshlyn did a great job. Simon did an excellent job on my pedicure. I will most definitely be returning.
