Envy Nails

While they have good customers service and they seem to not want to turn you away just to keep business. I went there today, to get a much needed pedicure. I choose my color like they said and got sat down immediately. I don’t know if I was profiled as a person that cannot pay for a good pedicure or not but most certainly felt that way. I understand when you’re busy hence why I asked as a walk-in if they had time for a pedicure. They said yes, yet I was treated completely different. As I sat down someone else came in asking for a pedicure and mani was sat down immediately beside me and was offered a drink. I could tell they bit more than they could chew because the gentleman giving me a pedicure was rushing, didn’t ask what kind of package of pedicure I wanted and was trying to rush to clean my toes and slap some nail polish and move on the next. I was never offered a drink while the lady beside got offered it multiple times. While the lady beside was soaking her feet they reassured her multiple times that they would be with her as soon as they can. Maybe she had an appointment maybe not but, regardless you show all your customers the same decent respect and care that they need regardless if they want an expensive package or a simple package. Yes, I was a walk-in but, like I stated in the beginning if you have time for a pedicure great! If not then let me know so I can go a different business that will actually tend to me properly and not just an after thought. I needed a good massage hence why I didn’t care spend a little more money on my toes to get it. Regardless I would not recommend this place if your a walk-in they will just rush and make you feel like an after thought.

Leanne and her staff are very talented! Best place I've gone to so far. I don't mind paying extra for really good nails that'll never pop off after 3-4 weeks! I've tried other places and nothing compares to envy nails quality and patience! If you don't like something they'll make it better 💯

Envy Nails is the best in Hot Springs, AR!! The salon is so clean and comfortable, very affordable, and their work is outstanding!! Leeann and her crew are so attentive to their customers and always make you feel at home. I have been going here for over a year and it’s the only nail business I’ll ever give my money to!

Paid 250 for one coat of gel on my nails that looks like a shiney silver snot. They ground off my original gel coat instead of soaking it off. So now my NATURAL nails are thin and weak! Ruined my nails! Do NOT come here. Asked for a silver glitter and I got straight silver. She painted over the glitter! She stated she didn't like my curve in my nails so she filed my nails flat underneath. Guaranteed to break now from weakening! My beautiful nails have been damaged! Got charged for long acrylics on medium length for my daughter's nails. Hers have rough spots and have thick layers and thin layer areas. There's even a bubble on one of the nails. Like do better! Absolutely not worth the money. Or your time. And my manicure was done dry. No rinsing no soaking. Dry. Just brushed the ground off polish and layered on another. Horrible nails. Horrible nail care and treatment. Oh and the same was done for the pedis we got as well. One coat and ground the original gel coat off. Thinned my pretty toenails too. There's better places. This place has gone down in quality.

Envy nails is amazing! I have never been able to show someone a design and leave with it looking even better than the inspiration pictures. Lien is INSANELY talented! Cannot say enough positive things about Envy nails. Check them out for yourself! You WILL NOT be disappointed!
