Polished Nail Spa Bentonville

I tried this salon for the first time this morning, and unfortunately it was the worst service I’ve experienced at any nail salon. When I walked in, a gentleman greeted me and asked what I wanted. I showed him a simple Christmas design (candy cane stripes on two nails) and told him I wanted a bright Christmas red. While I was already looking for my color, he repeatedly pointed to a burgundy shade and insisted it would look better on me. I politely explained multiple times that I didn’t like that color and wanted the shade I selected, but he continued to push his preference instead of listening. After he finished the design, I wasn’t happy with how it turned out. I stayed calm and respectful, and even told him I would still pay for the design because I appreciated the effort, but I just wanted it covered with solid red instead. My quiet conversation somehow turned into a scene, and three other technicians came over to question why I didn’t like the design, even though I had already explained it politely. When he removed the design, he rushed through it. He didn’t file the nails down properly, leaving bumps underneath the polish that you can see and feel. He also forgot to put topcoat on one of my nails and tried to say he was finished until I pointed it out. I came in for a simple color change. Instead, the service was unprofessional, the quality of work was poor, and the entire experience left me extremely disappointed. I was patient and kind throughout the appointment, but the lack of care and respect from the staff was unacceptable. I will not be returning. Theses guys are amazing! So friendly and they get you in quickly. They offer some of the best nail and pedicure services in NWA. If you want beautiful nails call them. 10/10 highly recommend 👍

Booking online was easy and the staff were nice. My pedicure turned out great, but after coming home and putting on my glasses, I see the manicure is a mess. The polish looks sloppy, and while I chose the color, I wish someone had helped me pick something that suited my skin tone. Worst part was my cuticle was cut and bled. I should’ve just stuck to doing my own nails. I won’t be coming back.

Injured During Pedicure – Proceed with Caution! I was deeply disappointed by my first (and last) visit to this salon. My mother and I went in for deluxe pedicures on Friday, August 22nd at 12:15pm, after calling ahead to confirm availability. We were seated promptly, but just five minutes into my service, the technician aggressively used a foot file on the bottom of my foot, causing it to slip and slice the side of my pinky toe near the nail bed. The cut was deep enough to cause immediate pain and bleeding that ran down my foot. The technician initially ignored it until the bleeding became obvious and was running down my foot, then applied styptic liquid and a cotton ball as if it were a minor nick. When I insisted on stopping the service due to the radiating pain, she tried to persuade me to continue. I declined, as the injury ruined any chance of enjoying the pedicure. My mother finished hers without issue but couldn't fully relax after witnessing this. I wasn't charged for my incomplete service, but we paid full price for my mother's, despite the incident affecting her experience too. The apology came with a 50% off offer for my next visit, which I won't use given this was my introduction to the salon. While accidents can occur, this level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially from a business that should prioritize safety and proper training. I chose this place based on positive reviews, but after this, I can't recommend it. I've included photos of the injury for reference—viewers, decide for yourself. after seeing that this place had such good reviews, i’m disappointed that i did not have the same experience. so many reviews raved about gin, so i booked my appointment with her. she didn’t ask me if i was happy with the length and shape of my nails until right before she painted them. i wanted my nails longer, but it was too late to do anything at that point, without asking her to start all over again. then while she was painting my nails, i wasn’t sure about a color she was using (she’d started using it without checking to see if i liked it first), so i asked for a slightly different color. she just said “trust me, trust me.” so i did. once three coats of the color and the heart on top were done, i still didn’t like the color, so i asked her if it was too late to change it. she did change it, but told me to “say something sooner” next time. this really upset me because i did say something sooner, and knew i wasn’t liking the color she was using, but she didn’t listen. she then seemed to rush when redoing them, and the hearts on my right hand are very off-center. when she changed the color, she told me she didn’t like the color i chose because it clashed with my skin tone. overall, i ended up fairly happy with my nails (though my cuticles are pretty beat up), and i can tell that gin is very talented. but for how much i paid for the service (which was more than i expected, as the pricing was very unclear), i would have appreciated being treated a little kinder…
