I am so glad I came in to ivy nails as not only did both my mom and I get in quickly, the salon was full of beautiful new product everywhere! Lately it seems so many nail salons have old product and reused bottles so coming in ivy nails and seeing all the new product and full of nail technicians they made our experience wonderful! The prices were beyond reasonable and they didn’t aggressively try and upgrade our services non stop! The owner rose is amazing and is now going to do both myself and my mom’s gel nails and pedicures! I highly recommend this salon!

I absolutely love this nail spa! I never really know what I want when I come in, but they always figure it out perfectly. My nails come out beautiful every single time. The staff is so kind, patient, and talented. I’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend! Happy Halloween 🎃

We have followed our longtime favorite nail artists to this new location and it is everything we hoped for. The salon is elegant, sparkling clean, beautifully designed with pink and gold accents, and has the most incredible princess throne that is perfect for photos and special moments. I brought my daughter Kinley in for a mommy daughter date, and the team treated her with the kindest care. They were so attentive and gentle with her limb differences. They painted her long fingers beautifully and also painted her sweet little nubbies just like she requested. Their compassion and attention to detail meant the world to me as a mom. Kinley felt like a real princess. She sat on the giant pink throne, smiled the entire time, and kept saying how special she felt. They truly doted on her hand and foot and created a magical experience that she will remember forever. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Every technician was welcoming, professional, and committed to making the experience relaxing, fun, and memorable. The atmosphere feels like a modern Parisian spa and is perfect for manicures, pedicures, gel nails, dip powder, birthday surprises, and mother daughter outings. I’m not typically the type to do this but, when you spend 70 dollars on nails it’s kind of hard not to. Just to start of the woman took over an hour just filing my nails, so thin that they broke the day I left the shop, mind you these are my natural nails I’ve spent a long time growing out. So having them break wasn’t just like having acrylic break. I went back the next day to get them fixed and they fixed them free of charge. Awesome I appreciated that so much. The next day comes and the same nail breaks again. Then a few more start to break, I got them done a week ago and before a week even hit they were breaking off. At first I thought it was user error. But when the same nail broke again I knew it wasn’t. The pictures I posted are from a few days ago. Now most of them are broken or chipped. Very sad :( I used to love this place.

I came in yesterday for a mani & pedi. The pedicure was amazing! I was quite disappointed with the mani. Sarah (my nail tech) did not soak my nails nor did I get a hand massage as I thought I should have gotten since it was included with the pedicure I chose. Nor did I receive any cuticle care which I thought came with a manicure. All she did was shape my nail, paint & dry them which cost me $30 plus. I'd come back for a pedicure but will not be back for a manicure. On a good note, the atmosphere is super relaxing and the decor is absolutely beautiful.
