This is my fourth (maybe fifth!) time getting my nails done by Pinky at Glam’D Nails Spa in Bentonville, and every single visit reminds me why I will never go anywhere else. Pinky is truly an artist. Every nail design I’ve brought in, he delivers it better than the picture — with his own unique, elegant touch that makes the final result even more beautiful and one of a kind. What I love most is how much care he puts into every detail. He always double-checks my shape, length, color, design, and comfort — he truly wants to make sure I’m 100% happy before I leave. Each finger ends up with its own personality and beauty. The way he blends colors, the way he outlines my designs in gold, the way he shapes my almond nails so perfectly every time… it’s talent you can’t teach. And the spa itself? Absolutely stunning. Glam’D Nails Spa feels clean, chic, and luxury — the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a high-end beauty lounge. The pedicure chairs are incredibly comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is spotless, elegant, and beautifully decorated. Everyone who works there is also so welcoming. Not only is Pinky talented — the whole staff is kind, friendly, and always smiling. Every time I come in, I feel genuinely welcomed. They are helpful, attentive, and create such a positive, relaxing vibe. You can tell that the entire team takes pride in their work. Even though I live in Fayetteville, the drive to Bentonville is 100% worth it every single time. Pinky always sends me home feeling like a million bucks. I feel confident, pampered, and honestly, obsessed with my nails after every appointment. Chloe and Oliver are seriously the best. They’re both so talented, detail-oriented, and make you feel totally taken care of. My nails always turn out perfect and last so long! My wife has gotten her nails done here several times, and we’re both extremely satisfied with the results. The entire team does an exceptional job, and Helen’s work is consistently top-quality. It took just a little over an hour to complete these nails, and they turned out beautifully.

I’ve had a couple different services done and I’ve always been more than pleased. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. D is who I see for my nails and he always does the BEST job! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting their nails done

Pretty disappointed in my nails but couldn’t get myself to say anything as I was there very very long to get them done (over 2 hours). My technician forgot the designs I wanted so when I saw him putting top coat, I was very confused and had to remind him. I had him correct the bows twice but they still turned out pretty bad. He blamed it on the color I picked. I have been here a couple of times now, this was definitely the worst outcome whereas other times it was good. I wish I was able to ask for a refund or discount. Within two days, one of my nails cracked again. It was the same one I voiced cracked before I got them refilled. He said no worries and just filled or added tips. He commonly makes jokes about my nails always cracked so I didn’t feel like I can call to say something about it again to get it fixed.
