Off of first impressions this place was good. I was a walk-in and they took me in. Took some time as i was a new patient and needed to do new patient forms. Didn’t take long to see me. She checked me over and told me i had bronchitis. She prescribed some medicine and a breathing treatment. While i was doing the breathing treatment they checked on me a few times which was nice. They didnt just leave me in a room and forget about me. After the treatment i checked out and left. I had a really good experience. They were professional and friendly. I would totally go here if you need to see someone.

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a physician. The level of communication and accommodation exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate having access to this service and plan to continue using it as needed. The format is user-friendly and engaging, and I value the thoughtful, intuitive understanding of my needs. The chat feature and prompt responses make the entire process efficient and reassuring.

Amazing experience! Dr. Kristian Abarca is a great listener and understood my concerns. I felt like she understood what I wanted from my visit and created a plan for me, which included advice, not just a medication and see you later, like other doctors I've had in the past. I felt like she actually cared. Scheduled a follow up in a few weeks to see if the plan created is working. The video call was another great touch because I didn't have to drive to an appt and sit at an office waiting for a doctor. It was very convenient and helpful.

My experience has been wonderful! My doctor has really listened to my needs and is working with me to get my results in a timely manner. She’s the best and has appointments available on weekends so I can see her.

My Lazul experience was fantastic !! I was a patient of Kristian Abarca at Cochise medical center for years but when she opened her own medical practice we lost touch. When I found her new medical office I just walked in and within minutes I had an appointment with her. That’s not something you find anywhere in the medical field. Kudos to Kristian Abarca that’s how a medical clinic should be operated. Thanks so much.
