2025-05-18I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for years, but after my last visit, I won’t be coming back. Lucy removed my acrylics so aggressively that she injured my natural nail, leaving it sore and bleeding (photo attached). I told her it was painful, but she continued without any care or concern. This level of negligence is unacceptable — especially from someone I’ve trusted for so long. If you value your nail health and expect basic professionalism, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

2025-10-12Pedicure was great each time i had it done. First time for a Manicure and it was not good. Lucy did the manicure and kept pushing gel or dip but I only wanted regular polish which came out messy. My cuticles were not clean either. So disappointed 😞
