Artisan Nails Lash & Brow

Edit : just since he redid them yesterday already one broke in my sleep no less & I inserted a photo of them texting me asking to take this review down, I wonder how many people have taken down their bad reviews. DO NOT GO HERE I’ve been going to this nail salon for years and recently in the last 6 months they went under new ownership. I have NEVERR EVER wanted to go and get my nails redone after just getting them done. I inserted photos to show what I asked for and what I got. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. THEY ARE USING PICTURES FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNERS THAT WERE KILLER AT NAILS. Me and my friend went in and from the jump I was unhappy but I tried to brush it off, the girl started doing my nails, when she glued the tips and cut them shorter than I asked for and she said “that’s long”, but these are SHORT !!! She then started to file; she filed down the sides of the fake nails on one hand and then left and started on my friend, the guy came over to finish and he didn’t file the other side. He put on the acrylic so thin I could bend the nails after they dried so I asked him to make them thicker, which then he looked at stupidly and asked which ones, so I pointed out the ones I could bend & he fixed it. After he filed them and painted 2 nails on each hand they switched AGAIN !! ( mind you a girl who had a 1 o’clock appointment had been waiting over an hour in the middle of this ) The girl starts trying to do the design and is really struggling to the point I asked her if she wants me to pick something simpler, which she says no and keeps trying. I finally tell her not to do the hearts so she does the stars and I tell her I don’t really like the white color on the other nails because it’s messy and I GOT IGNORED. I paid 75$ with the 10% off and I decided to use the 10$ off I had from the previous owners so I left paying 65$ for nails my 17 year old cousin that’s just learning could do. 3 days later 5 nails were off & I went back in to have them fixed in which he used another tip of a nail to PRY off the acrylic already there (which hurt). The nails were all different sizes and shapes. This place is a mess and needs to get it together or get better artists. (Still tipped both times btw even for the fix). The picture with the pink nails are what I did myself after filing down & re-painting the atrocity of a “fix” that they did today. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Definitely 5 stars! The staff are extremely friendly and the service is amazing . I was so impressed with how fast and efficient the session was without compromising on quality . My nails look stunning. Plus, they offer some fantastic promotions, including 15% off for CSU students, 15% off on your birthday, and a 10% discount for new customers. I highly recommend this place!🥰

I really wasn't going to leave a review but I'm extremely disappointed, to start, I asked for a French-tip, the lines aren't straight, the nails themselves are not straight and I've had my nails on for 2 days and one popped right off. I fear I've never had acrylic nails do this. I spent $68 (with a 10% coupon)

First time here, had an amazing experience!! I had Tom, it was his first day and he did an incredible job! Nails are beautiful, very happy. Great prices and service, will be back :)

super friendly and very open to suggestions about nail shape and length, they ask if it looks good to u after every step!!
