I always have the best experience here, from the amazing pedicures ro the beautiful manicures! Every technician is so friendly and talented - I'm truly so glad we finally have such an incredible nail spa in our little part of Arizona! Today in particular, Jenny gave me a custom manicure that is beyond what I could have imagined! My nails are stunning, and I cannot wait to show them off for an event I'm going to this week! They are nice, professional, and very good at what they do. One of the owners ,Kathy, is a powerhouse for business and making sure your nails are beautiful every time. They’re also fairly priced and quite quick, like you won’t have to be there all day with an appointment. I drive from chino valley on my only day off to have my nails done there and it is totally worth every penny.

Kathy did an AMAZING job on my nails! I was so worried I wouldn't be able to find a great nails tech out here, but she proved me wrong! She does beautiful work, takes her time and provides top tier quality nail services and her shop is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!✨️💅 KATHY IS DEFINITELY BEST IN TOWN!

I wish I could say I loved how they did my nails, but I’m really really disappointed and appalled. Keep in mind, this service took 25-30 minutes TOPS. I came in for builder gel on my natural nails. Called and asked for the most experienced person and then went in later. Right off the bat, no hi, no how’re you, but I just brushed it past and thought it’s fine they must be busy. Realized the guy that had picked up when I called was also the guy doing my nails. Sat down and there was no conversations, no positivity, so I just sat there uncomfortably. That should’ve been my go to leave or ask for someone else. I stayed, he did my nails, I asked a couple questions and he rolled his eyes and answered in mumbles. Acted like I was the inconvenience so I just sat there in silence and didn’t ask anything else unless I really needed to know. My nails turned out VERY short and bulky. I came in with very nice long nails. I’m not sure if this is how builder gel is supposed to look and I asked that and he grabbed my hands and said this is it. I asked if he could fix one area bc it was more bulky than another area and he scoffed, rolled his eyes and then “fixed” it. He didn’t fix it, and at that point I just wanted to be out of there because I was extremely uncomfortable. So I said my thank you’s, paid and left. Went home and showed my sister and she said I need to speak to the manager because these were the worst builder gel nails she’s ever seen done. I called, asked for the manager, got connected to Kathy and I was shocked that she was also rude lol. I told her the experience and that I didn’t think they looked right, they are very bulky and uneven from the sides. She shrugged and said yeah okay. And from there, I said never mind, it’s okay, have a good day. She had an immediate attitude and tone. If I could rate this place a negative star, I really would. I’m shocked, because I come here for my pedicures, and never had a bad experience with that. But today was as if it was a totally different place. Very sad and shocked at the management and lack of sincerity. Paid $70 and will definitely not be doing my manicures here again.

Thu did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. Last time I came here it was not a great experience. She completely redeemed this salon for me and I finally found a nail tech at a salon that I love! Also, FINALLY someone who can do a perfect French tip. I normally have my nails long and almond but Thu was able to make my short length look perfect. Thanks again. Will be coming back because of her!
