The first time I came to Pinnacle was as a part of a bridal party getting our nails done for the big day. That was 3 years ago and they haven't been able to get rid of me since! Pinnacle is simply top-notch when it comes to service, not to mention quality. When you come in they treat you like more like family than just a customer…so welcoming! And if you’re looking for a place that does amazing nail design look no further cause this is THE place. So happy that we found Pinnacle!! Give them a try…they do not disappoint!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place — they truly have the best nails in maryland! The nail techs Judy and Brittany are incredibly talented and pay attention to every little detail. Especially with their designs. Any design you want they can do. Every time my nails came out flawless — smooth, perfectly shaped, and exactly how I wanted them. They have a huge selection of colors from polish, gel, dip and more. I go about a month in between sets and they stay perfect. I always get compliments about how smooth and flat they are.Which most places can never seem to do. You can tell they truly care really care about their customers by always greeting them by name when they walk in. If you’re looking for a place that consistently delivers beautiful nails and amazing service, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again! 💅✨

Incredible! They saved me! Excellent service and even better work. I had a special anniversary vacation coming up, and had gone to another salon before who did me really bad. I called Pinnacle and they removed the old nails in a way that protected my natural nails, and gave me an incredible set! Good thing I did too, because these nails look even better with a ring! 💕💍 Thank you so much, I am so grateful to feel confident for such a big moment!

I had such a great experience today at Pinnacle Nail Spa! I called later in the day after having an awful experience somewhere else and just wanted a soak off so I could start fresh. Judy answered the phone and was so kind and understanding. She told me to come in and said she’d take a look to see what could be done. When I got there, she took me right away and said, “Let’s just start fresh!” Judy and her brother were both amazing, super friendly, patient, and really paid attention to every little detail. It ended up getting pretty late, but Judy was so sweet and determined to make sure my nails looked perfect. She even stayed after closing to finish them! My nails came out absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. You can tell they really care about their clients and love what they do. I’m so happy I found this place, and I’ll definitely be back. I’ll be telling everyone about how great my experience was!

I had the best experience here at Pinnacle Nail Spa. Right from the start when booking my wedding nails appointment the staff was so friendly and flexible. I even had to last minute change my date/time and they were so quick to respond and reschedule me next day! Once I came in I was greeted so pleasantly and already made me feel welcome. I then met Judy and showed her my nail inspiration for my wedding nails. She immediately got to work and I could not have asked for better nails! They turned out even better than I could have imagined! She and her staff are so sweet. 10/10 recommend!
