You Need Nail Spa

I’ve been getting my nails done by John for years and he has never let me down! He can do a multitude of designs and my shape is always perfect. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly. Update 7/19: I had to add my new set. Has to be my favorite summer set! 🍊🍊

I wish I could give less stars. We went here for a friend's birthday. The lady I got was new. She started by using the Dremel to take off my toe nail polish. That was strange and it didn't feel good. Then she made a cut into the sides of my big toenail and tore the hangnail she created down the side of my nail with sheer force. I yelled and told her to stop but she continued on the other side. Then she cut my nails super square, like pointy square and when I said no, round, I got pointed in the middle and I had three other nail techs come over and try to explain to her but I ended up with the strangest shaped toes I've ever had. Then I asked for French tip but they acted like you can't do French tips on shorter nails which is crazy because I've literally been doing it for four decades across 6 different states. So they said I had to just pick a color. Well I picked one but they said that's not really a color it's just showing the glitter, so I had to pick another color but news flash they didn't have the glitter I picked. All I know is my toes burn and hurt, my big toes don't look good at all, I'm pretty sure they are going to be infected!!! All this for the low price of $62!!! Terrible just terrible. Stay away, there's a reason they aren't busy!!! My friend got tip gel and her cuticles are all bloody.

Ryan was wonderful,friendly and overall so happy service. he took his time and made me feel comfortable and confident with my new beautiful nails. Danielle had great customer service, she instantly had a great response. My retention of my old set from a different salon was hurting me and making me feel pain from the nail being so short. Thank you You Need Nail Spa. I can’t wait til my 2 week fill with wonderful handsome Ryan! My favorite nail tech ever!!!

What an excellent place! I went somewhere else for several years and started having increasingly worse experiences. This place immediately smells nice when you enter? Pleasant, friendly and welcoming staff. Generally happy people which makes a huge difference! I left satisfied with my nails and my experience. John and his wife are very kind and professional people. Thank you so much and will definitely be coming back again!

I followed John and Danielle to their new salon and they just keep getting better. I treated one of my daughters to a pedicure and they have a new treatment! Loved the Tropical one! Much like their #2 but adding candle wax oil massage made my skin so soft and smooth. Always a winner on my manicures and designs, too!
