2025-12-03Front desk staff, medical assistant, and Jamie Gillette were all amazing!!! I brought my 6 week old with me for a biopsy and everybody was so kind and accommodating. Very fast as well, we were in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Had one complaint with office ramp. NOT ADA compliant. The grade is not ADA Compliante it's raised on one side, it should be straight into the building. Not raised up on one side,. Who passed this ramp as code.

2025-09-25I had my first appointment with the Skin and Cancer Institute today. I have to say, it was a very pleasant visit. I had a friendly greeting from the lady at the front desk. Sorry, I didn't catch her name, but she was pleasant to speak with. Then, Tom, the assistant that called me back, was super friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. He has quite a great personality. I then met with Julie and the other provider in the office, Tony. They were both very professional, yet very personable. I was very comfortable with them both. I would be happy to see either one of them. Thank you for a great experience!

2025-10-21From check-in to check-out, everyone was kind, efficient, and welcoming. The MA was so kind and had attention to detail. Tony, NP was great! He was efficient and knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. Such a great experience all around — I left feeling completely taken care of. Highly recommend the Skin and Cancer Institute.
