This is the place to go for a complete pampering! I got my hair cut and colored by Lori and it hasn't felt this good and healthy for years! Lorena was wonderful with my manicure and pedicure...my nails look so pretty! LouAnn gave me the most amazing facial facial ever! I then got a 90 minute massage from Veronica, WOW! She knew every one of my problem areas without me even having to tell her, she's that good! The staff here is amazing! They are very knowledgeable, kind and friendly and very, very talented! I'm from Boise, ID but I am so willing to make my way down here to AZ for this place! It truly is a Sanctuary!! Thank you!!

I will start by saying the salon is clean and welcoming and the receptionist and hairstylist are very nice. I recently moved to the area and I have been looking for a salon I can get my hair colored on a regular basis. I read many reviews and decided on Zeta. I walked in and had a small consultation and asked about pricing. It was suggested that I do a full foil and was given the price of $140. I liked the blonde I had and just wanted to brighten it up for my vacation. I also shared my previous stylist’s formula to get my blonde the same. I booked appointment for following week. When I was in the chair the stylist suggested some low lights and asked what about my roots I wasn’t sure what she meant by lowlight but told her I just wanna make my blonde happy again and I don’t wanna see any gray in my roots so she said OK. We will do your roots and add some low lights and you need a trim. I agreed Thinking this would make my hair look lighter. After everything was done, my hair looked darker and completely different. Then when I went to pay, the price was $270. I asked why so much the receptionist said $55 for the haircut and 75 for the roots so everything is obviously à la cart and the stylist never mentioned to me there would be additional cost, that was embarrassing! I paid my bill and left. Then when I got home I was really looking at the color of my hair and noticed that there were stripes as if the foil had moved right in the front of my hair so I called and the stylist let me come back right away to fix it which was nice. Overall, I found it to be NOT a good experience because I feel that The stylist upselled me for services, that didn’t even achieve the look I was requesting. I don’t even feel like a blonde anymore and there are more stripes in other spots, but I’m gonna let it go because it’s not where you can see it easy. I know that miscommunication can happen but I felt I did my best to communicate what I wanted and having a consultation ahead of the appointment. I’m not a stylist so it is my fault for not understanding that low lights would make it darker, I would have declined but I did say I wanted to brighten. Based on this experience I will continue to look for a new salon.

My favorite salon ever! Everyone is like family and really knows how to cut and style hair. Also offers massages, manicures and pedicures. Specialists that do facials and makeup artists to learn about skin care and application of makeup. It truly is a sanctuary for beauty. Been going there for almost five years and plan to stay!

Katie is insanely awesome. I got my hair done in April 2021, not too along ago, and it still looks great. I don’t have a before picture but I went to another salon and they completely messed up my hair and I tried to color over it with brown and the brown did not take to it well. Katie spent 5 hours completing my hair. There is so much detail to it and she really took her time on my hair which I’m so grateful for. I paid $260 with a $30 tip. For the amount of time it took and the detail she did, that price is super understandable and reasonably cheap. Thank you Katie ! -Natalie
