My mother-in-law and I have been loyal customers for years, always coming in for pedicures. Recently, I started getting gel manicures too, and I'm so impressed with their service! After my birthday manicure, I chipped a nail the very next day and they fixed it free of charge. Then, when another nail broke just two days later, they not only repaired it but also shortened and retouched all my nails without charging me a dime. We absolutely love it here—they always remember us and make us feel so welcome and special.

We just moved to the area and I needed a new nail salon. I came here this morning and the first thing I was greeted with from the owner was “hello! We’re glad you’re here! What would you like done?” Usually walking into nail spas I don’t really feel the atmosphere, but here was a whole different experience. They sat me down right away for a pedicure and one of the aunts did my nails, the niece (Tracy) did my acrylic nails for my fingers and oh my gosh she was so SWEET! We talked the entire time. She told me about their life story, how they are refugees (her parents) and they brought all their kids from Vietnam to have a better life. Tracy did nails in Vietnam as well. She wanted a better life with more money to support her 3 yr old daughter. Tracy was so sweet, and kind. And she did my nails so beautiful. I will Absolutely come back here for my fill. I’ve never met such nice people. They make you feel like family

Worst service I have ever received!! I debated on whether or not to post this but their work and customer service is so ridiculous that if I can save someone from making the mistake of going to this place, here it is... Zero pride in their work. You are just money in their pockets, nothing more. Zero regard for the client. I am embarrassed to be walking around with these nails. Now, I have to pay double for someone to fix them. Starting off, no greeting from service provider, just started tapping on my leg to get it out of the water so she could get started on the pedicure. They just assumed I wanted the deluxe pedicure without asking (only asked about color). I really just wanted my polish changed but got the basic pedicure. Then, the dip manicure. The dip is so thick, chunky and deformed, it has bubbles and lumps, the color is not what I asked for (they couldn’t match the dip manicure with my toes as they were scrambling to find the correct color, after I specifically asked upon selecting the color if they would be able to match them), they didn’t even cover my entire toe nails with nail posh or top coat, and to top it off they cut the crap out of my nail and skin of my thumb. There’s a chunk missing. The man attempted to fix the polish on the area but just filed the missing chunk even more. Didn’t receive a single apology!! The man acted like it was so normal and the only reason he put some liquid to stop the bleeding was because I vocalized the pain and discomfort. Same mannerism from the man, instead of using his words, he would tap my hand to try to communicate what he wanted. In one instance, he wanted to grab my attention so he shoved my chair. When he was finished, he asked me to wash my hands and then disappeared. I had to ask if I was done with my service. I was so angry, I will not be returning!!! They should be ashamed of the way they run business. As a service provider myself, they are a prime example of what a business should not be. The employees are disrespectful (I understand it’s a different culture and language but that’s no excuse!), careless and sloppy. Not to mention there was a small child there from what seemed to be from one of the employees, with zero supervision. At one point the little girl was fully nude in front of clients. I could not be making this up. If that child happens to get into the wrong cabinet, comes in contact with unsafe liquids or tools, they will have a lot of regrets. DO BETTER!!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for over a year now. The staff is all so friendly! I especially like Tracy and Tony!! She is so sweet and takes pride in her work. If you want something fixed, don’t be nervous to ask, she is happy to make your nails how YOU want them to be! She knows how I like my nails very square!! 10/10. Would recommend anyone to get their nails done here. ◡̈

New to the area and have been looking for a place to go on a regular basis. Tony did my nails (powder/dip). I do like that he didn’t files my nails paper thin but within 3 days my nails were chipping and on 2 nails the dip came completely off. This was one of the pricier places i have been to as usually i pay 38 to 40 dollars. This was 50. I wouldnt have minded if they had lasted longer. Will not return. I will keep searching.
