2025-07-25First time visiting this nail salon after a recommendation. I was honestly a bit surprised by the cost. They told me I didn't need to remove the extension I had underneath (and just got done less than two weeks prior) but they did and ended up charging me for a full set plus a shape fee even though my nails didn't change shape at all. I had done chrome (which is an extra $20) and they started peeling within the first few days. When I went in on my day off, the receptionist told me they only do repairs at 6:30pm, which unfortunately I wasn't able to make work as I was away the following few days and they will not repair for free after a week. Super disappointing experience. All in all, I paid $95 for my nails to last 4-5 days.
