Diana is absolutely amazing! I had a dermaplane and facial with her, and my skin has never looked or felt better. She’s incredibly skilled, gentle, and knowledgeable—she explained every step and made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I had an Endolift procedure with Dr. K and couldn’t be happier with the results — my neck looks 10 years younger after just one session! I was really self-conscious about the loose skin and starting to feel like it was heading into “turkey neck” territory, but now I feel confident and refreshed. The team was kind and attentive, and Dr. K made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’m a bit on the sensitive side when it comes to pain (I usually need extra lidocaine at the dentist), so I found the beginning of the procedure more intense than expected. Thankfully, the staff listened to my concerns and gave me a little extra numbing time and support, which made all the difference. Once that kicked in, the rest was smooth sailing — even relaxing at times! I appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire office and am already planning to return for more areas. Highly recommend if you’re looking for noticeable, non-surgical results and a team who listens.

Horrible experience (Many reasons). IPL absolutely no result at all. Not even the tiniest bit of pink after, no spot lifting. Truly nothing! I have normal ivory skin. Nothing unusual. Complete waste of time and money. Technician (only one there) did not ask about allergies, sensitives etc. Barely a hello and, without asking permission. tried to photo me. IPL done. Put products on my face after without consulting. When I called back to discuss she said she just did what the machine setting picked. I have never seen or heard of anyone not having ANY hint of having a procedure done without seeing something. I would have it redone but do NOT trust the technician for other reasons. Just tried to upscale me on more procedures and products. Crummy looking place as well.

Just visited Diana at Fountain Hills MedSpa. They are on Avenue of the Fountains, on the 2nd floor above the Remax office. I can only say I feel amazing! In her 26th year, Diana knew the source of two of my biggest issues… chronic neck pain (wrong # of pillows) and lower back/sacro-iliac pain (sitting on one leg). She also took time to understand what I do for work. I really felt the bodywork done was tailored to meet my needs. They offer options from CBD pain relief cream during massage, cupping, hot rocks and Thai stretching. I already have my next appointment booked, as they have an awesome spring special at the moment!!

It was a very good experience. Nearly painless and it looks like it solved my issues. I’m very happy with the results.
