Unfortunately, my experience here was a disappointment. My nails look good besides the pumpkins and polish left all over my fingers. I was sooo excited for this set and will unfortunately be getting them fixed during my vacation ☹️

✨ Yesterday, I had a full set done elsewhere, and unfortunately, they turned out nothing like I hoped. Today, I went to Queenbee nails, and Sonita absolutely nailed it! 💅 Thank you so much for fixing my nails just in time for my trip to Cancun! 🌴☀️ I couldn’t be happier — highly recommend her if you’re looking for perfection! 💖

Last year I went online and I tried to book an appointment with this nail salon. Another person on Facebook was posing as their business and booked an appointment with me. When it came to my appointment, they gave me an address for their home location, and I quickly realized that this was a scam. I physically drove to the real nail salon and went there and tried to tell the owner what had happened. When I called them over the phone, the lady that answered the phone told me that I was a scammer and trying to scam them. It was extremely rude. I had to call back and she still didn’t understand. I physically drove there, spoke with a manager, and tried to explain that someone was posting as their business. The second lady still didn’t understand so another customer that is used to going there. Explain to them what I was trying to say. I ended up getting my nails and toes done last year at the same location. Fast-forward to today, I called them to book an appointment over the phone and after giving them a date and other information I asked for an appointment for December 20. She told me to go online. I told her I wanted to book over the phone because of past experiences. I asked her if she books over the phone and she said yes, but she did not want me to book over the phone. Again, I told her I’ve been on the phone for seven minutes and if she allows booking over the phone, I would like to book. She put me on hold several times throughout this phone call and was also very rude. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to make an appointment over the phone with a nail salon. The sad thing is I really like the way the girl did my nails last year and I wanted to get the same thing done this year. Here’s a kicker, I even gave them all the information about the girl that was trying to pose as their business so they could press charges if they wanted to. They didn’t even thank me or anything else. I called back today and asked to speak with a manager, and she refused to let me speak with someone else and refused to book an appointment. I hung up. I’m so done with this salon, and I can promise I won’t be referring anybody else here that’s a fact. I wish I had never referred to people that I have and I wish I had never posted my nails online advising how good the work was done that the lady did for me previously. Your nails might end up looking good if you can get an appointment and if you’re not treated disrespectfully in the process. Be warned.
