2025-10-09I’ve been coming to Glo for a few months for my acrylic nails now. Jamie is absolutely AMAZING!!! I highly recommend her for acrylics! She’s an apprentice, I’ve noticed she’s learning very quickly, and very well. She recently did some Halloween nails for me, and I’m OBSESSED!!! You also get a discount since she’s an apprentice! So happy with my nails! 10/10 would recommend her!

2025-06-28I just started going there BUT I love it! I love the vibe and atmosphere 🩷 Wanda is just fabulous. I was nervous about getting my hair cut and found her to be very reassuring. Not to mention the magic she worked on my hair. I left feeling like a million bucks and have been wearing my hair down for the first time in years. Wanda is the best ❤️

2025-07-10If you’re accustomed to a true luxury experience, this isn’t the place. The prices are high for what’s offered (they don't have real pedicure chairs just buckets they can barely carry out), and the service took much longer than expected. My gel manicure and pedicure took over 3 hours (the girl didn't even shape my nails- cut them and left them all deformed), and while I waited, I had to listen to staff chatting about their personal lives; boyfriends, money problems, and car repairs...not exactly the relaxing or elevated vibe I was hoping for. To make matters worse, I was charged for a service I didn’t request. When I called to inquire, I was told, “That’s what we charged you for,” and when I clarified that I didn’t order it, the response was simply, “Yes,” followed by ending the call. Extremely disappointing customer service. There was no attempt at rectifying the situation. I’m just visiting the area, and while this might be an okay option for locals with limited choices, I won’t be returning on my next trip. I love to spend money on getting pampered and I felt more stressed leaving than when I arrived.

2025-05-17Appointments take forever! Over 3 hrs for high/lowlights and a cut on short hair. Stylist always running late, on her phone throughout the appointment. First time trying this place, another stylist took 5 hours! Insane! Way overpriced for the experience.
