Amazing service by Nancy gave me exactly what I asked for and more! She kept checking to see my if my length was ok if I wanted them more narrow if one coat or 2 coats look better we both decided two coats were better lol love love love my new nail spot!! I am from the valley BTW I will soon be returning!!

Love it here! Ivy is so talented. The space is nice and clean, and they're very up-to-date on current nail art techniques. Highly recommend!

I've been all over Chino Hills for my sculpted nails with GelX tips and for girls' day with my 8 year old daughters. Ivy, Yen, and the entire team there are very experienced and precise. They serve drinks and the ambiance is very clean and luxurious. I get so many compliments on my nails everywhere. I highly recommend Pamper Me!

I have been coming to this salon for more than a year now and I am very disappointed with the customer service. My nail tech, Nancy, does an excellent job and I have absolutely no complaints about her. She is the best and sweetest. However, the vibe at this salon is of a HIGHSCHOOL. No respect and professionalism whatsoever. I had booked an appointment with Nancy, as usual, and the front desk messed up my appointment. I was assigned to another nail tech, at random, and I was not satisfied with my french tips. I asked if Nancy could finish off the work and the front desk lady said that it was not possible as they had another appointment in about 10 minutes. I told her that french tips could be finished off quickly and that I always wait for at least 20-30 minutes before I am seated anyway…so why couldn’t they accommodate me now? She said she could give me a discount…but what good does a discount do? I care about my nails looking good; not the discount. And, don’t forget this stuff isn’t cheap. I expect a certain level of quality and service. When I voiced my concerns, I saw the other nail techs (and some shameless salon customers) laughing at me. And this isn’t the first time an incident like this has happened. The nails techs at this salon have a tendency to mock clients, in their own language. Mind you, just because we don’t understand the language it doesn’t mean we don’t know we are being gossiped about and mocked. Absolutely unacceptable. I have my own business as well and I treat my clients with the utmost respect. This salon has no concept of customer service.

I literally dropped in at the end of my day for my first visit! The technicians were friendly and aren’t pushy with their services. They were genuinely friendly and happy to provide service! They automatically offered a 10% discount because it was my first visit…. And I didn’t even asked! Their fair and honest practices earned my business and support! I will return for these reasons! 👍💯
