Modern's Nails & Spa

This is the most atrocious pedicure I have ever received. I came in thinking this would be such a fun place after seeing them on social media, however, I feel like if you're not there for extravagant nails they don't really care. My tech rushed through my pedicure so quickly it barely qualified as a pampering experience. She also wasn't listening to me and put gel on my toes after I said 3 times I just wanted regular polish. Then once I reminded her again she removed it seeming annoyed WITH ME. She then quickly slapped nail polish all over my toes with no precision and tried to go back in and "clean them up". I even came back after noticing so much polish all over my toes! This is the "cleaned up" version. I don't think I will be returning. Was super disappointed. UPDATE: The manager reached out and offered a do-over pedi (since they don't offer refunds) so I accepted. The second time around was better than the first, but still not amazing. The paint job on my toes still wasn't very good, but an improvement. I'm adding a star solely because they reached out and attempted to resolve the issue. But I think overall, basic paint work and attentiveness could definitely use improvement. It would go a long way.

This was my first visit to Modern’s Nails & Spa. I saw the place trending on tiktok and looked at the Google reviews and saw Daphne’s work. I had an inspo pic and wanted to do cateye mixed with fall and landed on this look. Everyone is so nice from the moment you walk into the business. I was given a tasty complimentary drink and was able to relax and watch a show while getting serviced. Daphne is exceptionally talented and kind. Even though I drove to the other side of town for this experience, I will be back! Thank you to the entire team😊

Best nail salon I have ever been to! I felt so important and just listened to while getting my nails done. The staff is absolutely beautiful and so kind! this is where you need to go to ! I got my gel x redone here after another place messed up they did everything I asked for and more I absolutely love this place!

I don't usually do reviews, good or bad, but this time, I really had a bad experience even when I gave a second chance. My mom and I have been here many times, but this Sunday, we went and they had my mom waiting for like 20 min even when I ask if they had time for both of us at the same time. When they were doing my toes, I asked the lady if she could clean my previous color completely before applying the next. She got mad and continued with service in a bad manner. Pushing my feet and grabbing them in a bad way. We finished by the time I got home 4hrs later the gel was chipping, and one nail the gel completely came off. I went today to get fix and instead of redoing my toes, they only wanted to patient the one that came off. I hate arguing, so I said ok, then the lady seemed nice and offered to fix my nails and I said yes she stared my full set well then started to harry up she kept looking at her watch and was rushing thru the service. She had a broken nail and kept poking my fingertips. i asked multiple times to stop or fix her nail, and she didn't I show her she was hurting me. didn't care. At the end I just wanted to leave, and 77 dlls later I have ugly nails and my finger tips have red dots and hurt. Never going back. If she was in a rushed she should have not done my nails. I didn't even ask for them in the first place, same with the toes always in a rush to do more clients. Oh but for sure, they want a great tip. They just los 2 clients

Hands down the BEST nail salon I have ever been too! Daphne was amazing!! (Same name made us sisters lol) Vincent the manager was super personable and attentive also! We had an amazing cocktail to kick off my bday celebration with my mom! My mother is PICKY and Alvin was so patient and kind and gentle with her! So so happy to find a new nail home!! Thank you all! Service 100 out of 10
