My first time at Lux Nail Bar. I felt very comfortable. I was serviced by a young lady named Mimi. I asked for a manicure, full set and powder dip. I asked a few other different questions and Mimi answered with no problems. The man at front counter was very kind as well. I would recommend this salon to newcomers. To my surprise I received 2 compliments on my nails immediately as I went inside of DSW a few stores down. They were also playing the most beautiful Christmas tunes that created a nice nostalgic and whimsical atmosphere.

Got a beautiful pedicure done by James this afternoon! I always get the French gel. I also received the best leg & foot massage ever! I stand most of the day at work and my legs and feet get stiff and tired, but they are now energized for the week! Such an awesome addition to my beautifully done pedicure. We always feel welcomed and cared for when we visit! #LuxNailBar Thank you James!

I took my daughter to get her nails done, and she had already picked out a design she found online. She wanted that exact look, and the team did an excellent job matching it. It was her first time getting her nails done, and they made the whole experience really special for her. I’m not sure of the name, but a young woman working there was the one who brought the design to life. She did an amazing job—shoutout to her! Also, we arrived late, and even though they close at 5 PM, we were there until around 6:20. They didn’t complain at all and were genuinely happy to stay late to accommodate us.

It's an overall good place. Very busy with lots of ladies having appointments on a Wednesday so I know it's a reputable nail company. The lady who did my feet did a great job. I think it was Mia and she offered me and an extra gel I'm not used and then also a specia Asianl oil at the very end. It was amazing and totally worth it. I'm used to Mexico since I lived in Yuma, but this place will absolutely do and I'll definitely be back Thanks to Mia 👍

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Lux Nail Bar. On August 10th, I was charged $422 for a fill, a full set, and two pedicures—an amount that is far higher than the prices listed on the website. I spent hundreds of dollars on services that don’t even look like they are worth anywhere near that price. The quality of the work does not reflect what I was charged. When I went in the next day to ask for clarification, I was met with vague and dismissive responses. The man at the front desk repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain my concern and even raised his voice at me when I questioned the pricing. To make matters worse, I also messaged the manager directly and never received a response. My issue has still not been addressed, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected. This kind of pricing practice feels dishonest and unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and respect—not surprise charges, poor-quality results, and evasive answers. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to double-check pricing before committing to any service here.
