My daughter got her nails filled here yesterday she came home crying. her nails were so bad. she had square nails they gave her more of a coffin shape. there was acrylic on the sides of nails very lumpy uneven nails. you can see the line on the nails they didn't blend it at all. very rushed service. how can you let a customer leave with nails that look like this. everything she told you that she wanted she didn't get. definitely not worth the money at all. there was a man and older lady who did her nails. she came home and had to paint them.

i went in today and was getting a fill for my nails and the older lady started doing my nails and i didn’t realize till after but she did not blend in the acrylic in from my previous nails and i came in with square nails and she shaved me down to coffin? when i didn’t ask for that nor did they ask me, then when it came time to paint a guy came to paint my nails mind you i showed him a reference picture of something similar i had wanted and it was white french tips with a small sliver of pink glitter underneath. at first the white part was too thick for me so i had asked for them to be thinner he did that no problem the white french tips wasn’t my problem when it came to the thin line of glitter it was very crooked my nails were uneven bumpy there was left over acrylic and they did not use the cuticle oil nor did they push them back. i had asked for my money back the lady said they don’t do refunds that she has bills to pay kids to feed that they can fix them but id rather not get them fixed if ive had one bad set why would i want another one ? either way ill never be going back they do not know how to do nails good whatsoever. very disappointed

My favorite nail salon. Kevin is my go-to artist. He’s always so gentle, honest, and pays attention to detail. I highly recommend this place, I also recommend making an appointment instead of walking in.

I went here with a friend for homecoming and I got my toes done and acrylics. The lady that did my toes honestly made me wanna cry. I have very short toenails and she pointed that out ALOT. Usually most places just put a dot of nail polish but instead, she tells me she’s going to put tips on them and so i’m thinking she’s doing this just because it’ll be easier for her. AFTER, she glues them on, she tells me it’s gonna be $60 for JUST toes. so of course i’m shocked and she says “oh you don’t have the money for it?” so I tell her “no I do but it not paying that much for toes” so she says “how much can you do?” so I told her $40 and she says “mmm $50?” then she continues to tell me “you’re getting a discount. oh she’s dropping the price a lot. you’re lucky. oh you’re getting discount” then after she finished my toes she tells me “now your toes look better.” The next morning, not even a full 24 hours later. My toe popped off and I had to go buy nail glue and glue on every toe each time it popped off till homecoming. Then after homecoming, I just popped them off by just lifting the edge with ease and they came off so easy. Now, that’s just my toes. My nails, take a look at the pictures. My nails all go up but ESPECIALLY my pinky. Then I proceed to pay and she says “are you paying the tip cash or card? should i put a tip on the card?” IM SORRY, but I’m already spending $100 on this and you want a tip? for what? bullying me for having small toe nails. giving me funky looking nails? laughing at my toes? The absolute worst experience I have EVER had.
