Yao did such an AMAZING job on my nails. I am soooooo picky about my nails. He made sure I liked my nails and also made sure he did too. He is just as picky as I am! He pays close attention to detail and he really went the extra mile on my nails. He hadn’t done marble in a while so he kept re-doing the 4 marble nails until he was satisfied. I will be coming back to him every single time. Plus he was fun to talk to. Thanks Yao!

Yao is amazing! I’ve been coming to him for a few years now and he never disappoints. He’s quick, and a perfectionist. He’s rather quiet but can be very funny and honest.

I am always greeted with a smile and offered water. It’s been several visits now and not only is it clean, they are talented and worth every penny you’ll spend. I am very happy every time I come in because the environment is spa like and staff is always happy. My nails & toes are always done with accuracy and precision. I just got my nails done yesterday. I have been here several times and always have the same tech but he is out on vacation so I was put with a different tech. I had gel x I wanted removed and she did not know what she was doing. She was so rough. She used an acrylic tip to try to slide under the gel x and pry them off. When I told her she hurt me she stopped but the damage was already done. She then had me soak my hands in acetone for well over 20 minutes after these attempts to try to get the gel off. I told her my hands werw burning and i would take them out of the acetone, and she would push them back in the bowl. She did not trim the extension down or file it prior to soaking. She literally ripped part of my thumb nail off and caused it to bleed. She had to put a fake tip on bc it ended up so short and jagged (first pic). Then on my fourth finger she tried prying it off so hard and fast it lifted my natural nail from the nail bed. It's hard to tell from all the nail color she put on but my whole nail is now loose and painful (third pic). Then on my other hand she cut my cuticle and made me bleed again (fourth pic). Second pic shows a bubble in the top coat. I told the lady at the front when she asked me how everything was and she tried to blame me saying I must have hit my nail on something before I came in. I told her definitely not and explained what happened. She told me to wait, then went to the back presumably to talk to the tech, then came back and offered me a $5 discount. 😲 Yeah, I won't be back, sadly.
