2025-07-06I don’t usually get manicure or pedicures and when I do, I usually leave unsatisfied or in pain. But this was the first time I truly felt satisfied and I felt that the nail techs really cared for me. They were efficient and professional. Definitely coming back!

2025-10-30I'm sure they do great work which is evident in the photos but the last two times I have went I waited much longer than most would tolerate even though I made an appointment. The first visit was 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment and the second 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I understand the techs get busy but perhaps get rid of online scheduling until better time management is accomplished. Unfortunately, I have decided not to come back even though they're nearby- I prefer Sassy's or going to Yeiri Nails and Spa in East Anchorage. At least with them if I schedule an appointment, I will not be waiting an half hour to be seen.
