2025-04-18I just wanted my gel nail polish removed. The technician did not remove the paint and cut my nails so short they are uncomfortable and kind of painful. I was made to believe that this was my fault by that technician. I’ve had good experiences here before but it’s time for me to move along.

2025-08-15I used to love going here, but after 2x of getting a nail infection, and them not cutting my toes right. I cant justify it. I had to spend over $300 at the urgent care because my toe was red, pulsating and had pus coming out. I reached out to the salon but they ignored what i said and hung up. My daughter informed me they shamed her for biting her nails and cut her cuticle making her bleed. Ive never had such a bad nail experience in my life..

2025-07-27Jolie, I hope you see this; my boyfriend, his brother, his girlfriend, and myself all went in this afternoon for mani/pedis right before a family wedding and this was THE BEST time I have EVER had in a nail salon. All of the wonderful, talented women are so kind, warm, and incredible at what they do. Jolie is a hardworking, kind, charismatic, and hilarious human being who deserves all of the good that could come her way. If you’re contemplating coming here, just do it. I was too, especially since I’m a creature of habit and comfort back home in Michigan. It’d be worth the visit every single time. Thank you Jolie! I’ll never forget how awesome you made today for me and my loved ones!❤️

2023-08-06I had not been here since 2015 and Friday popped in with a good friend of mine who has been going here for years 1) very clean salon 2) very friendly techs 3) best service I've had in Anchorage 4) Best job on my pedi and mani! I will use this salon as my go-to. Nancy was my nail tech and she did a SUPERB job! I got a gel French mani on my hands and color on toes - I have to say this was the best French mani I've ever had. Nancy also didn't cut me when removing cuticle, which almost everytime I get a pedi/mani the tech cuts me when removing cuticle. Nice job, Nancy! Thank you Jolie Nails for hiring excellent techs! Photo is 2 days later and I wash dishes, do yardwork etc and they're still looking good! Toes too!
