Finally found my go-to nail salon. Entire experience was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. Front desk staff is kind and helpful, gave me the menus and a cocktail! Thom, who did my nails did more than any other spot has ever offered me for a refill. Soaked and cut my cuticles, made sure there were no strays and finished with warm, collagen gloves. Loved it! Customer for life. Updated: Highly recommend Toran and Mandy as well. Excellent all around!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Perfect Christmas Nails! I had the BEST experience getting my Christmas nails done here! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My nail tech took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and somehow made it look even better than the inspo photo. The attention to detail was incredible, clean lines, flawless shaping, and the cutest festive designs. I can’t stop staring at them! I’ve gotten so many compliments already, and they still look perfect days later. If you’re looking for holiday nails that are beautiful, unique, and done with real care, this is the place. Absolutely obsessed! 🎄✨💅 Highly recommend!

I moved to Owens Cross Roads four years ago and was fortunate to meet Marry when she was working at Serenity Nails on Sutton. I absolutely love her! She is incredibly down to earth, and I always enjoy my time with her. Marry consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every client has the best experience, and she never falls short. I can always count on her to be amazing. I highly recommend her—if I could, I’d give her 100 stars!

Very nice location, when they say luxury they mean it. The inside was beautiful! Chandeliers, marble floors, flowers every where...All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for a manicure and left with a Mani/pedi both woman did a wonderful job. The woman doing my manicure was very meticulous, always double checking her work, sometimes triple checking. The one who did my pedicure did great on my toe nails as well but her massage was FABULOUS! The complimentary beverage was very good as well!

Does this look like a $90 manicure? These photos were taken immediately after my visit. Poor cuticle prep, lumpy and bumpy, and the color turned out awful because the tech only applied one coat. My nails literally looked better before I came in. I ended up having to pay extra for a chrome topper (that I did not want!) instead of them doing a second coat. I’ve had this exact color done here several times before with great results. I know what it’s supposed to look like! I have no problem paying top dollar for a quality product, but this is NOT it. Don’t bother asking for a refund, because they’re unwilling to do anything, besides ask you to come back and spend more of your time for them to fix their sloppy work. If they won’t do a proper application when paying full price, I have little faith they’ll do any better on a redo. Will not be returning.
