2022-02-05I was a little nervous at first, because I had to change my nail location due to getting cut underneath my nails, but my experience at #1 nails was amazing! I reviewed the comments before picking this location to try for the first time and I kept seeing Lee in the comments for a great nail tech. The comments did not disappoint! Lee takes her time and changes her drill heads. Which make me feel so much better because I know it would lower the chance of me getting cut. She was so gentle which made me feel relaxed. I will definitely go back and ask for Lee. Thank you again Lee for taking car of me! ❤

2025-06-18Went in for my first visit and I was impressed with them. Everything was clean regardless of the fact that you could tell they were still moving stuff into this new location. My nails were amazing and my pedicure was wonderful! They really took their time!

2025-05-01I tried, I was nice to them, but they don’t have customer service skills like other business do. I was kept waiting 15 minutes for my appointments and when I nicely asked about changing to Kim, Kim said she was too busy to do my nails, so I asked her if she just wants me to find another salon. She said I guess do what you have to do, and so did the nail technician that did my nails. Even though she did a fine job this is not worth tolerating. I don’t understand no apology.😞 I’ve been self-employed before I could never treat my customers this way.
