I paid $120 for these nails and they are crooked it took 3 hrs, and looks nothing like I asked for. The pic is what I wanted and the two pics are what I was given. I do not recommend diva nails

This salon came highly recommended on a local community page. I am new to the area and decided to give them a try. I got my usual service of a full set acrylic overlay with gel polish. Within four days of service my polish is peeling. I have been getting my nails done for years with the same process at another salon and have never experienced peeling. The tech commented while applying color that they have had issues with the color I chose but did not stop, attempt to change my color, use a different brand, double cure, or make any additional steps to ensure the longevity or security of the polish. I reached out and requested a refund and was denied. The tech did offer to “fix” my nails but given that there is apparently an extended history of peeling and poor quality with their polishes this was not something I was willing to take the time to do as the same issue would likely occur. The tech did not acknowledge or admit to any application errors and insisted it was because I chose black polish. I have gotten many black polish sets over the last few years without issue. I have never experienced peeling on a professional set at all until now. I am very unhappy with the quality of the service that I received and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Personally I feel like this is a poor application situation and not related to the color choice at all. And even if it were an issue with the polish color I feel that if a salon is fully aware of the poor quality of a polish they should switch brands or increase cure times to avoid these things rather than continuing the same process with the same product on paying customers and simply hoping it doesn’t happen.

* Fairly professional * Very clean * Many options * Gel polish peeled off by itself in less than 24 hours... but was repaired * Brand new set started chipping off the side of my nail in 48 hours *** Definitely not worth the $128 and time spent.
