Been coming since before it was called the Nail Factory and I got my beautiful service down by Jack and even tho I informed him I had an appt to get to and he did an outstanding job! Love the work and they even gave me a discount from a faulty nail from my previous set! Love love love it here vibe and all is unmatched

Liz was amazing conversation and making sure me and my daughter were doing great our WHOLE Service. Phoebe- did an amazing job on my feet and I made a few mistakes she accommodated me without any problems love her and her work. Jake- I showed him a picture of what I would like and he did above and beyond an amazing job with recreation of my inspiration. Esme- I seen her working on another custom she did such a great job I had to tip her too she inspired me for my next set of nails. I met the owner as well and love this place will continue to visit hope to see you guys here as well. Especially all the military girlies they make sure you are in regs if you need too .

Technician was willing to do designs and go with an idea. Turned out great, but unfortunately the chrome didn’t last overnight. The chrome started chipping away to reveal the paint underneath on every nail. 😕 Went back in and they fixed it. Admitted chrome doesn’t stay great (in general). (Didn’t get the notion they were really happy about me coming back to get it fixed, but still left a tip regardless) Left not in love with the color - maybe more because my first was what I REALLY wanted. This was a fall back. Still good work. Time will tell how it stays. For $100, I sure hope so… New customers, do check your receipt as they did not do the 15% new customer discount as advertised.

Always great service! I normally go to Jack, but today I went to Ivy and she did an amazing job. Super professional, friendly, and my nails came out perfect. Highly recommend!
