2025-07-05This was my first visit, and I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. My nail technician, Emma, was very kind and polite, and she did a lovely job on my nails. However, I was a bit disappointed with how my pedicure turned out. After leaving and taking a closer look, I noticed that the quality wasn’t quite up to the standard I expected—it looked rushed and uneven. While I can see this salon has many positive reviews and I would consider returning, I personally would choose a different technician next time. I truly had high hopes and wanted to love the whole experience.

2025-10-17I came in for a mani pedi for my birthday, and i was treated so well! nga did the gel on my toes and linh did my builder gel with french tips!! this was the first time i’ve ever been to a nail salon with nail techs that actually want to talk to me and are super friendly! by far the best and most relaxing mani pedi i’ve ever had, and the complimentary moscato was an added bonus!! i can’t wait to be back!!

2025-04-29This was my first time at Organic Nail Lounge. I wanted to try this place since it’s very close to my house, and I got a gel manicure. The service was wonderful and the staff were very friendly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the gel didn’t last long, 8 out of 10 nails lifted from the cuticle in less than a week so I had to trim the lifting parts out. I’ve had this happen once before at another salon, but my usual place typically gives me gel manicures that last 3–4 weeks. I really loved the atmosphere and the polish selection here, but sadly, the results didn’t meet my expectations.

They make sure every detail is perfect while also making us comfortable. We always look forward to coming and have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. They truly care about making your nails look the best!
