Y2K NAILS

1 week ago I had my nails done here and the guy in chair 2 did them. First off he asked do you want your toe nails cut, I said trimmed and he cut them all the way down. Then he got polish all over my toe (gel polish) that was hardened with a light, i told him it was all over my toe he just smiled and kept working. The polishbwas too light because he did 2 very spairing layers and later because was told applied more to make it match fingers. Time for the manicure that I paid for, he didn't trim cuticles (I asked he said they good), no hand/arm massage. One of my nails was broken shorter and I asked for a tip there....he didn't bother so I left it alone. The polish bubbled and there was an issue, a lady named Tina had to try and fix it. Less than a week and it has started chipping off. Worst $100 spent in a long time. He needs a lot more training to charge full price.

Came here with my husband to get pedicures and it was only 2 people working but we were the only ones getting pedicures so we were next in line. My water was cold and she put acetone on my toenails which I’ve never had before they just grind it off! She then said I have a 1:00 appointment so I’m going to do her then me afterwards. I wish she had told me this b4 starting bc I would’ve waited then she did the same with the lady that had the appointment to leave her sitting to do a walk in eyebrow at this point it was obvious she was buying time. I won’t be back not bc of the wait but bc I should’ve been given the option to bc my time matters now my husband is sitting waiting on me.

They do my nails well, but never consider my time. Yes, I was a walk in and so were others who ended up in front of me. I mean these people received full services for fill -ins and pedicures while I still waited. After waiting 2 hours, Tina asked me to come back in 3 hours because nobody could do my nails since I get long nails. She offered a 15% discount which was only $9 off. I normally spend over $110 each time, but I just couldn't waste anymore of my time. Tina talks on the phone the whole time and other people working at the shop while doing my nails. It is very rude and annoying. I pay good money and I have been going for years. If you have long nails, don't go there although you are spending more money with them than short nails.

Thank you Tina for taking the time on my nails! They look amazing , got my eyebrows waxed as well and they look amazing. Staff was amazing, very kind, I recommend Tina as your nail tech.

They was too busy worrying about taking a kid home and I waited almost two hours just to turn out with bad shaped nails that wasn’t the color I chose. Nails are all different lengths. Didn’t bother with them re-doing them just a waste of my time.
