2024-10-08I had heard and seen amazing reviews on this page. Went to get builder gel with tips and it was super thick & had lumps, not the best customer service and was on her phone most of the time. Also I wanted a more rounder set of square and they was so thick and bulky, the paint looked stretched right away and my nails were hurting bad. I paid 55 for them to literally be able to pull off like pop on nails. Wouldn't give a refund or even a partial. So wasted a ton of money i didn't have time to waste.
