The techs are all talented and friendly, they have an amazingly large selection of polishes to choose from and the location itself is beautiful, organized, and clean inside. Mimi my tech was quick, very very sweet, and did an amazing job on my gel manicure and pedicure. My nana got a broken nail repaired and fill in that came out beautifully.

I did end up taking those off at home. I now typically just get a full acrylic set and I don't have any issues with it. Very reasonably priced.
