I had my lashes done, the very next day the lashes were falling, I live so far away, finally on the 4th day half of them were off, I went back, the tech had all kinds of excuses then had the owner come talk to me because she claimed that she couldn’t speak English. The owner came in and said that the tech wanted me to pay to get my lashes done again and that if they come off again for me to go somewhere else now the only reason why I went there was because my tech imoved out of state. I’ve never had problems with my lashes, falling off the next day as a matter of fact, my lashes will last at least four weeks so I wasn’t aware that she wanted me to pay FULL PRICE AGAIN. I felt that she should have charged me half price or less I didn’t realize that she charged me the entire price until I left , I was having a bad migraine and needed to leave. when she did my nails I have gel manicure. She did not put the aluminum foil over my fingernails to take the old gel off she just scrape them down with the machine and put polished over them. I have never had that done for gel nail manicure my bill was $75. I wasn’t thinking until after I left wait a minute she charged me full price for the nails by that time. I was far away going home. The tech should’ve at least given me a discount for the lashes then give me a discount for the half ass job she did on my nails, but you know what I know that people need their money. I paid her and gave her a tip and I realize I wouldn’t have given her a the $75 but it’s OK because God got me all this honey sweetie darling. They say all those words just to make us feel good but that doesn’t throw me off because I know that that’s a sales pitch Since when does a tech put pink polish UNDER COTTON CANDY she asked her coworker what color to put under cotton candy, HE SAID PINK. My nails ARE PINK AND NOT COTTON CANDY. God bless her And the manager because the manager should have Told her to charge me half price that didn’t happen.

The nails themselves are cute, it was my first time ever getting acrylic nails. i needed a spot to quickly get them done and went here, the only reason i probably won’t come back is because i just never get my nails done, these were for prom. the only actual thing that caught me off guard and made me feel weird about was paying $105 for them alone. i’d expect $105 for maybe my hands and a feet done. their menu prices were so much more different than the price i got. service was fine, everyone was nice but this pricing was lowkey insane but then again i really dont know😭. (these took 3 hours btw)

I absolutely love the way Cristina does my nails—she never disappoints! The owner, Lee, is amazing and really cares about the customers. Their customer service is excellent every single time. I 100% recommend this place!

Today was my first time coming here. They had a nice amount of colors to choose from. It’s not the most updated salon but that’s fine. I had a pleasant experience. Susan and Julie both worked on me and did a great job. I believe their prices are decent. I will definitely be visiting again.

Unfortunately, my experience at La Nails was extremely disappointing, and I feel the need to share my dissatisfaction. This is the only place where, on multiple occasions, I have encountered such poor customer service. This is the third time I've tried to book an appointment over the phone, and before I could even finish speaking, they rudely hung up on me, showing a complete lack of patience. Although there are two staff members who genuinely try to please customers, the rest of the team seems to lack basic respect and professionalism. On my last visit, I specifically requested an appointment with a technician who, in my experience, is the only one who delivers quality work. However, I was told that they were unavailable and assured that any other technician could do the service just as well. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. The result was disastrous: my nails were thick, layered, and had a completely unfinished shape. During the process, the technician was visibly impatient, ignoring my instructions and insisting on doing things her own way. The price charged is excessively high for such a mediocre service. I've attached a video below showing the result, compared to a photo of what I actually wanted. The difference is striking. I will never spend my money here again until they improve both their customer service and the quality of their work. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
