Luxe Nails & Spa LLC

This was my first time visiting Luxe, and it was great! The salon is very clean, and the technicians are very polite, quick, and skilled. It was a little bit pricier than I expected. But since I got gel for both my pedicure and manicure, I’d say the price is reasonable and comparable to other salons I’ve been to.

Sloppy and messy. You would think a simple nail many should come out great but see for yourself. All work should be work that you're proud of, I guess they don't care? Whatever, not coming back... last two pics is a less than a week follow up.

Definitely won’t be back. I’ve been coming here almost 4 years and when Alice was actively working I never had an issue. Alice and Mia are the best, but having to be serviced by anyone else is a hit or miss. I just got a fill and pedicure a week ago and my fill wasn’t properly cured, so it’s chipping and my white gel pedicure is chipping and turning yellow as well. I shouldn’t have to go to another salon one week later to fix something I paid over $100 for, and yet here I am.

Super Disappointed—Won’t Be Back Unless It’s Mia I’ve been coming to this salon for over 3 years, and Mia has always done an amazing job. But the one time I went to Anna, she cut my finger, kept filing over it while it was bleeding, and acted like it was no big deal. When I asked about taking something off the service, she knocked off a measly $5. Now my finger is sore, my birthday is in a few days, and I’m left pissed and disappointed. This was careless, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I won’t be coming back unless it’s with Mia—period.

I had a wonderful experience with Anna. She listened to every request I had. I wanted different shapes and French tips and she did just that. Amazing job.
