2025-12-04I just moved to the Madison area and was looking for a good nail salon. I found Beyond and love it! I’ve now gone twice and had two different people do my nails and have been very satisfied both times. I got dip and they do a gel top coat which makes the nails last longer. Everyone was very nice and the salon is very clean! Highly recommend.

She put the first layer on all blobby which made for a thick and bumpy result. I would give her 2.5/5 stars. Overall, we will go back.

2024-06-18I requested a white and gold color powder for my nails, the powder only shows the gold; then I asked for a nice design with lines on my big toes, but was very disappointed. I would rather have had the nail tech Lily tell me that she is not skilled to do nail designs rather than to waste my time and put 2 simple lines in my big toes. She already knew I was not happy with the color of my nails then to add the lines on my big toes that she did, just made me even more disappointed in the service that I received. Update.....5 days later....I called the salon to speak to the owner, but the owner was busy with a client. I guess the owner is still busy because, I have yet to hear from them. I knew they weren't going to call me back. They made their money from me and are satisfied, but I'm not. Why tell me to contact you about the issue if you weren't going to correct the issue?
