My stylist was really sweet about doing my complicated nail design haha, and did an amazing job! My pinky nail was also broken when I came in but he fixed it and it looks like new! My fill-in set only costed me $60! Which I think was really good for the complexity of the design! 💕💕🥰✨

Nice staff but I was not satisfied with my service. I received a pedi and gel polish on my hands. The pedicure was great! But the polish job is awful. It’s clumpy and not smooth at all. And when I said something to them about it I was told that’s how my nail bed is. Which is a complete lie. I did not appreciate the lack of accountability on a messed up job. I paid $80 for a service I’m not happy with.

I came in today first time here after reading the reviews and hearing how amazing this nail salon and Linda is i gave it a try. Well it exceed my expectations. The atmosphere was amazing everyone was kind. Mrs.Linda did my nails and let me tell yall I have been to alot of nail salon and had alot of nail techs do my nails. She slayed tonight like no one has ever done my nails this good ever. Either that are to thick or not thick enough they look uneven the cuticle area doesn't look nice and evenly matched....but Mrs.Linda went above and beyond she stayed an hour past closing to finish my nails. I just cant say enough good things about her. I will definitely be back and she will be my only nail tech from now on. She took her time didn't rush and made sure I liked everything every step of the way. Thank you so much Mrs.Linda ☺️ Also want to add make sure you guys tip your nail techs good especially when they put in the work for you. 😊💜

This was my first time at the establishment & I came in for a mani/pedi for my bridal shower. The pedicure was fine, but I didn’t even get my manicure. I asked them to keep my natural nails and the guy started filing them to be pointy. When I tried to communicate, he could not understand me. He spoke to another man who was working on someone else, but he also did not help. There were two other clients in there and the woman who was working at the end got up and came over, but at this point she was frustrated. She kept offering my acrylics but I told her I did not like acrylics. She was frustrated that I did not want acrylics. I was in tears at this point, and asked to just pay for my pedicure. She would not let me leave at first, but after I told her I did not want acrylics again, she finally let me leave to the counter. She and the other workers were talking back and forth and were visibly upset. I tried to pay, but instead of the Deluxe pedicure that I asked for, they charged me for the Jelly Pedicure, which was $15 more dollars. I told them I did not get that one, but the worker said “No you said Jelly” when I know I pointed to the Deluxe $35 one. I just paid and left but I was in tears once I got to my car. These people are rude, cannot understand what you are asking, and they will not listen to your concerns. I do not recommend this place.

I really want to give 5 star because Linda always takes great care to listen to what I want and make my nails pretty, but I took one star because of the long wait. They really need more employees. That being said, I am always happy when I leave with pretty hands and feet!! They do good nails. I used to only do acrylic and gel nails. The first time Linda removed my gel nails she told me my nails would benefit from powder dip. She was so right!! Every time I go in for polish change I see the difference in my nail health. I’m so happy to have been recommended this service. Overall I recommend Jacksonville Nails and Spa… just call ahead or schedule an appointment to save time. ** it’s worth the wait for me***giving the star ⭐️ back ** 😁
