Love Andy! Been going for 10 years

Henry and Lisa, as well as all staff, are exceptional in their business. My wife has been going to them for many years. Such nice, friendly people. It's just the best nail salon ever and so much more.

The service was good until it came time for my manicure. The pedicure was great. Unfortunately when it came time to do my nails the guy was not listening at all , kept on acting like what I was saying was stupid . He refused to shape nails smaller and did not even come close to the look, that I showed him . Although they were very welcoming , I did not get anything close to the nails I had asked for. If you are going to get a pedicure go ahead but would not recommend getting nails done there , because the guy I had would not listen to anything I asked and would act like I was asking a huge favor when I said well so far my nails don’t look like the picture I’m showing you . I spent 110 in total , and nails are nothing like the picture I showed, and the nails there self are already very loose 😌

I originally left a 5 star review but just had the owner, Henry, hang up on me. I had requested an employee that I assume doesn't work there anymore since he just hung up on me when I tried to find out when she would be there. I'll be searching for a new place.

I called asked if they were busy (i was in a hurry), they responded with no, nobody was in there. It took me not even three minutes to get there from where I was, I walked in and five people were in there (they didn’t just start on them, they had been there for a little while) I walk in and stand there patently they all looked at me but never said a word, so I sat myself in the chairs next to the door (giving them a chance) I sit there for a good 5 minutes before someone walks over and ask me what I needed. I clearly explained that I was wanting a fill and french tips, they state that it wouldn’t be a problem and wouldn’t take long at all. When I was seated, the man filled my old paint off, he then went into a room and came back with a bowl, told me to stick my fingers in it obviously taking off the other acrylic. I politely asked for a fill once again and he didn’t listen and told me to sit there with my fingers in acetone. I patiently sit there, after 15 mins of my fingers being in acetone and obviously they were being to burn I got very impatient. I waited another 5 mins, once another worker came over I asked him to remove the rest of the acrylic off of my nails, because I had at this pointed needed to be somewhere. He began asking in a rude tone why I was so angry, I explained that I was not receiving what I asked for and had been sitting there for quite some time. He began to remove them and then offered to hurry and paint them, so I asked for french tips on gel polish. He did not take his time and they looked awful, but I was already flustered and was late to my plans. Now today, just the next day the paint is already chipping, now I will have to go get them done again, when I usually go atleast 3 weeks before getting them redone. I will not be back, I was not impressed at all & was honestly very embarrassed!!!
